Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Endorsement website, API, and browser extension. By using the service, you agree to them.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 and able to form a binding agreement. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and accept responsibility for activity under your account.

Endorsements

Submit endorsements only when they reflect your genuine opinion. You may not impersonate others, automate submissions, manipulate rankings, coordinate deceptive endorsement rings, or submit unlawful, misleading, harassing, or abusive content.

Public rankings

Endorsements and derived scores are reputation signals, not objective assessments, employment guarantees, investment recommendations, credit decisions, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own hiring and investment decisions.

Moderation

We may investigate, limit, remove, or reweight accounts and endorsements to protect the integrity of the graph. We may suspend access for violations and provide reporting or correction mechanisms where appropriate.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, extract data at abusive scale, introduce malicious code, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, or use Endorsement in violation of law or third-party platform terms.

Third-party services

Endorsement links to and interoperates with X. We are independent from X Corp. and do not control its availability, content, or policies.

Service and liability

The service is provided “as is” and may change or be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or discontinue features. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
